I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

Where-To-Go Wednesday - Kids 'N Comedy

We were given tickets to a performance of  Kids 'N Comedy for free for review purposes. Any and all opinions expressed here are our own based on our experience.

What: Kids 'N Comedy

Where: Gotham Comedy Club
             208 W. 23rd Street
             New York, New York

Who: All ages

Our view: If you want to have a laugh or maybe even get a laugh, go see Kids 'N Comedy at the Gotham Comedy Club in New York City. These kids are not telling knock-knock jokes and riddles, they are performing actual stand-up routines. While as with any stand-up routine, not every joke goes over with the audience, the laughs are plentiful. If your kids are budding comedians or even if they just like to tell a good joke once in a while, they will really enjoy this show because there is a point in the show where kids from the audience are given the opportunity to come up on stage and tell a joke. If you have a child who seriously would like to have the opportunity to do what these kids are doing, check out Kids 'N Comedy's classes, workshops and/or summer camps. Even  if you don't have any budding comedians in your house,  if your family just likes to have a good laugh together, go to the Kids 'N Comedy show. It is enjoyable for all ages.  For more information about  Kids 'N Comedy or to purchase tickets to an upcoming show go to http://www.kidsncomedy.com/index.htm.

And that's our view. Tune in to tomorrow's Talking Topics post where where we will be talking more about Kids 'N Comedy.
