I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

Circle Line

We were given free tickets to a Circle Line Cruise in exchange for our participation in a photo shoot to promote Circle Line's Premier Service. Any and all opinions expressed here are our own based on our experience.

Me - Circle Line, wow! We were VIPs. We got to sit in a special section.  There was one special VIP section inside and one special VIP section outside. We got waitress service in the VIP seats. However, the outside VIP seats were uncomfortable. The inside VIP seats were comfortable. The outside VIP section was in the back of the boat. We couldn't really hear what was being said because of the noise of the boat.We saw a lot of famous New York sites on our cruise. They included the Brooklyn Bridge, and  the Chrysler Building, We also got a great view of the Statue of Liberty. That was the highlight of the cruise. They had these really nice souvenir drink cups. If you bought a souvenir cup, you got free drink refills for the whole cruise. My Dad made it work for him. He must have had about four or five sodas. I only had one cup of juice. My Mom had one soda. My sister had a juice and a soda. There was also food available, but we didn't get anything. Circle Line Cruises are a lot of fun.

Mom- Circle Line offers something for everyone. Aside from the landmark cruise which we took, there are many other options available. If you want an extensive cruise that gives you the opportunity to see as many landmarks as you can possibly see, there is the Best of NYC cruise. If you want to get as close as you possibly can to the Statue of Liberty, there is the Liberty Cruise. If you want a night time sunset cruise, there is the Harbor Lights Cruise. If you want a super fast cruise, there is the Beast Speedboat Ride. There are also special cruises for specific holidays including the 4th of July and New Year's as well as special cruises to Bear Mountain. Bear Mountain Cruises are only available during Oktoberfest from September 12 to October 25. We hope to bring you more about some of these other Circle Line Cruises in future posts.
And that's our view. What New York City landmark would you most want to see on a Circle Line Cruise?

Tune in tomorrow for Funny Friday.
