I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

Where-To-Go Wednesday - Wild West City

We were given free tickets to Wild West City for review purposes. Any and all opinions expressed here are our own based on our experiences.
What: Wild West City

Where: 50 Lackwanna Drive
            Stanhope, New Jersey

Who: All ages

Mom's View: If you are tired of the usual amusement parks and entertainment venues, and you are looking for someplace completely unique and different, go to Wild West City. Visiting Wild West City is literally like take a step into the old West. You can ride on a stagecoach. You can pan for gold. You can travel down Main Street circa 1880 and visit the jail, the bank, the blacksmith shop and various other locations. There is also a Barnyard Zoo, a Miniature Golf Course, a train ride and pony rides. If you or your child are into cowboys, they will love this place. Even if you or your child aren't into cowboys, you will still find something to like and have fun at Wild West City. Just be aware that there are simulated gun fights and other events throughout the day so if your child is frightened by that sort of thing, this might not be the place for them. Otherwise, it is a lot of fun. For more information go to http://www.wildwestcity.com/index.html.

And that's Mom's view. For Melia's tune in to tomorrow's Talking Topics post.
