I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

Sahara Sams and On Your Feet

We were given free tickets to Sahara Sams for review purposes. Any and all opinions expressed here are our own.
Me - Sahara Sams, wow! There is so much to do at Sahara Sams. I really like the lazy river. It is longer then lazy rivers at some other water parks. Some people don't like that you cannot entirely avoid getting water dumped on you in the lazy river. I don't mind it. I didn't like the long lines for the water slides. Also, it was really loud because there were so many people there. Sahara Sams is a good place for all different ages. There is a hot tub for people 18 and older. There is a little shallow pool for little kids. There are so many different things for kids between those ages. They also have an arcade. You can't miss it. It is right outside the entrance to the water park. With so many possible things to do, it is never boring at Sahara Sams.
Mom - Here are some more great things about Sahara Sams. It has a retractable roof that covers most of the park so the fun goes on rain or shine. There is an outdoor beach club which is included with admission. The beach club includes a leisure pool, a splash park, a bar, volleyball courts and a wave pool. There is a cafe on the premises with numerous dining options including value meals, a la carte offerings, and tasty treats. There is even a family chicken meal that comes in a souvenir bucket and there are  refillable souvenir cups available as well. The cups can be refilled all season long for only 99 cents. The park has numerous birthday party options available and not only is the birthday child free but so are both parents. Also, birthday parties include admission  to the park for children invited to the party as well as one chaperone per child. Numerous special needs events are held at the park. Special needs birthday parties are available too.  If you are interested in finding out even more about Sahara Sams visit their web-site at http://saharasams.com/.
And that's our view. What do you like about water parks?

We were given free tickets to On Your Feet for review purposes. Any and all opinions expressed here are our own.
Me - On Your Feet, wow! It was such a great show!  I am obsessed with it right now.  Gloria and Emilio are a really cute couple, both the real couple and the couple who played them in the show. The music is really upbeat and fun. I really like Get On Your Feet, 123, Conga and Rhythm is Gonna Get You. However, I really like a bunch of the other songs as well. The music literally makes you want to jump up on your feet and start dancing. The singing is good too. All the actors have nice voices. The acting is also good. The cast is very talented. My favorites in the cast are Ana Villefane and Josh Segarra who play Gloria and Emilio. They are  really believeable as a couple.  They look so cute together! I loved  the show so much I hope to get it to see it again!
And that's Melia's view. What musical couple's lives do you think would make a good show?

Tune in tomorrow for Funtivity Friday.
