I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

14th Annual Holiday Train Show at Grand Central and Gumball Gang Crime-Solving Kids

Me- It was fun to look at the Holiday Train show. If you looked at it for a long time it looked like you were actually at those places. I especially liked that they made it look like the buses had people on them. Also, it looked like there were people walking around. That made it look realistic. There were buses and taxis too not just trains. It was really cool that in the model they had the building we were actually in it. standing in - Grand Central Station The train exhibit was in a gift shop where you could buy model trains and toy subways and other train related toys. Over all, if you like trains, you would love this exhibit. Also, if you like looking at miniatures of famous buildings you would like it. Even if you don't like either you still might like this cool exhibit.*

Me - The Gumball Gang was a good show. The show was about these kids that were trying to solve the crime of the missing masterpiece. The acting was good especially considering the whole cast was kids. Most of the singing was good although a few people did not sing as well. The songs were okay but not memorable. There was this one girl who was a really good dancer. She could put her leg all the way straight up in the air, and she could do a split. Some of the costumes were nice. Some were okay. I liked these gold dresses that some of the girls wore. There were pretty. It seems like it would be fun to be in a show like that. I am not sure if I would want to get up in front of people and be in a show though. I am going to be in dance recital though.*

And that's my view. Tune in tomorrow for Funtivity Friday.
