I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

Funtivity Friday - Art Projects: Baby Chicks

Here is a fun project for the beginning of spring which happens this Sunday.

What you will need:

An egg carton
Colored tissue paper
Colored markers

Instructions:

1) Cut out a section of an egg cartoon.

2)Take a big piece of yellow tissue paper, crumble it into a ball.

3) Glue the ball of tissue paper into the egg carton.

4) Cut out a tiny triangle of another color tissue paper for a beak and glue it on.

5) Draw eyes on with a colored marker, or you can make eyes out of tissue paper and glue them on.

6) If you want you can glue white tissue paper around the yellow tissue paper for an egg shell.

Enjoy!

Tune in Sunday for this week's Sunday Scoop.
