I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

Museum of the City of New York and Mister G Concert

We were given free tickets  to the Museum of the City of New York for review purposes. Any and al opinions expressed here are our own based on our experience.

Me - I had fun at the Museum of the City of New York. They had  an awesome doll house there. It was like a doll mansion. I wish I had a doll house like that. There were a lot of painted pictures of historical people like Alexander Hamilton and George Washington and many others too. We had fun looking at the pictures and making up stories for people we didn't know. It was also fun guessing if they were who we thought they were. Then, we looked at the names to see if we were right. They had a room with lots of jewelry. There was also a gold platter there too. They had a dress that was actually worn by Barbra Streisand in a movie. It was so cool! There was a whole exhibit on the New York City Marathon. I don't think I could ever run in a marathon because it is so long.  We saw a camera that was actually seen on the show Mysteries at the Museum. They had a lot of pictures that were taken with the camera in the museum. Jacob Riis took the pictures of poor people to show how bad their living conditions were. I had a good time at the Museum of the City of New York.

\Me - The Mister G concert was great for little kids. They were dancing and singing and having a good time. At one point, they even got to run in place. He had  a lot of songs that were fun for little kids. One was about chocolate. One was about bugs. One was about all these things that if they happened you would run. One was counting and animals in Spanish. My sister and I are really too old for Mister G, but I had a good time at the concert. I liked the concert because the School of Rock kids played a few songs with Mister G. The School of Rock kids are great! They are amazing! They are extremely talented. They sang a song with Mister G about Pizza for Breakfast. They sang a few more songs too, but I don't remember what they were called. It was a lot of fun and little kids would love it. It made me really want to see School of Rock.
And that's Aurella's view. Funtivity Friday will be closed this week. Tune in Sunday for this week's scoop.
