I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

Tips for Tuesday - Books: Henry and Mudge Books and The Big Little Wedding in Carlton Square

We may have been given some of the books listed here for review purposes. However, any and all opinions expressed here are our own.
Me -Today I am recommending the Henry and Mudge books by Cynthia Rylant. These books are about a boy and his dogs and the adventure that they have. I really liked these books when I was little because I love animals. They were fun and easy to read. Young kids that like animals especially dogs will enjoy this books. They are great for kindergarteners and first graders just learning to read.
Mom - Today I am recommending The Big Little Wedding in Carlton Square. Emma is from a humble background. Her fiancee, Daniel comes from a wealthy family. Making a wedding that both their families can enjoy and be proud of without breaking her limited budget or accepting any money from her future in-laws is going to take a lot of  planning and a lot of help. Anyone who has ever planned a wedding will especially relate to this story.  However, you don't have to have planned a wedding to enjoy this book. Anyone who has ever had to deal with family whether yours or your spouses can relate to it too. However, even if you never been married, and you don't have a lot of family you can will still enjoy this book.  It is delightfully entertaining and full of interesting characters. It is also sweet and romantic. It will definitely leave you with a warm feeling in your heart and a smile on your face.

And that's our view. Tune in tomorrow for Where-To-Go Wednesday.
