I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

Funtivity Friday - Paper Plate Butterfly

Here is a easy and fun way to make a paper plate butterfy.

What You Will Need

Paper plate
Tape, glue, staples or some other way to attach things
Marker, crayons, colored pencils or some other way to decorate

What To Do

1) Cut a paper plate. It can either be plain or have some decoration on it.

2) Attach the curved sides of each half of the plate to each other using tape, staples, glue or whatever you have available and works.  If your plate has a decoration and you want to incorporate  it into your butterfly's design you can use one or both sides of the plate that already have a decoration on it.

3) Decorate any way you want using markers, crayons, pencils and/or whatever you have on hand.

Enjoy!

Tune in tomorrow for a Saturday Special.
